MIAC announces 2017-18 championship venues

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) has announced its championship dates, hosts and venues for the 2017-18 athletics season.

Among the sites selected for MIAC postseason competition this year are the Ridges at Sand Creek in Jordan, Minn. for the MIAC Men's Golf Championship, Pebble Creek Golf Club in Becker, Minn. for the MIAC Women's Golf Championships, the University of Minnesota's Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center for the MIAC Swimming and Diving Championships, and CHS Field in St. Paul for the MIAC Baseball Championship.

MIAC schools will also play host for several Conference Championships, including Cross Country at St. Olaf, Indoor Track & Field at Macalester and Outdoor Track & Field at Carleton. High-seeds will host the team-sport playoffs of Volleyball, Basketball, Hockey and Tennis, while the overall top seed will host the entire Softball Playoffs.
