MIAC Football Play-of-the-Week - Week 10

ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The MIAC Football Play-of-the-Week highlights the top plays from each conference game each Saturday, and asks fans to vote on their favorite.

The four nominees from Week 10 are embedded below. Watch each highlight, and vote for the play that you think is the MIAC Football Play-of-the-Week! Voting is open until Thursday at noon. The vote totals and the winning play will be featured each Thursday in the MIAC Football Weekly Preview.

Last week, a total of 355 votes were cast for the four nominees, with nearly 1,000 (994) total views on YouTube. All four videos received at least 217 views. Concordia continued its impressive showing in the Play-of-the-Week contest, claiming its fourth title of the season. Cobber QB Griffin Neal and RB Matt Peterson run the option to perfection and to a Play-of-the-Week victory. Neal draws the defense, then pitches to Peterson for a 16-yard score that gives Concordia a quick 7-0 lead.

Play No. 1 - Gustavus
Gustie RB Jeffrey Dubose makes a nice cut to his left, stays on his feet after contact and fends off another defender as he crosses the goal line on this nifty 17-yard scoring run.

Play No. 2 - Bethel
Bethel QB Erik Peterson finds a wide-open Mitch Hallstrom up the seam, then Hallstrom shows off some outstanding moves as he eludes several defenders en route to a 59-yard touchdown.
