BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – The 4-1 University of St. Thomas men's soccer team is ranked 11th in the nation in the latest United Soccer Coaches poll, released on Tuesday.

The Tommies – slated in the No. 3 spot to start the season – dropped out of the top 10 following a 2-0 loss to Capital at the Fred Myers adidas Invite in Ohio over the weekend. St. Thomas rebounded quickly with a 2-1 comeback victory against Ohio Wesleyan on Saturday night. Christian Elliehausen, Justin Oliver and Shae Bottum earned All-Tournament Team honors for their play on the road trip.

St. Thomas will open its MIAC season at home against undefeated Saint Mary's (4-0) on Wednesday.
