BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – A pair of Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) programs are ranked among the nation's top-20 teams in this week's women's basketball polls.

The Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) has St. Thomas ranked seventh in the nation, while placed the 4-1 Tommies at No. 11 in their latest poll. UST came away with a pair of 20-plus-point road wins over the weekend and is set to host Conference foes Bethel and St. Catherine this week.

Undefeated Gustavus is ranked No. 12 in the Poll and No. 17 by the WBCA this week. The Gusties toppled Wisconsin-River Falls and St. Olaf last week and are prepped to host Augsburg and Hamline next.

The Tommies and Gusties will go head-to-head in St. Peter on December 13.
